The rules, framed as care.
What looks like a list of restrictions on most dog-care sites is really how we keep every dog in the building safe. Here's the short version.

What to expect, plain-spoken.
Vaccinations
DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies kept current. Bring records on your first visit, or have your vet fax them to (610) 605-9005. Puppies on a vet's vaccine schedule are welcome — talk to us.
Spay / neuter for daycare
Daycare requires dogs to be spayed or neutered by 6 months. Group play with intact adults gets unsafe quickly. Boarding can be more flexible depending on the dog — give us a call.
Trial day
Every new dog starts with a $40 trial day. It lets us meet your dog, watch them in the space, and make sure we're a good fit before any longer stay.
Medications
We handle oral and topical meds at scheduled times. We're not equipped to give insulin shots or chemo medications safely — if your dog needs those, we recommend asking your vet about boarding options with on-site veterinary support.
What to bring
Food in pre-portioned bags or a sealed container, meds in original containers with clear instructions, and an optional piece of bedding or familiar item. We provide everything else.
Drop-off & pickup
Mon–Fri: 6:30–9:30 AM, 12–2 PM, or 4–7 PM. Sat: 8 AM–2 PM. Sun: 12–3 PM (pickup/drop-off only). Boarding has a 2 PM drop-off cutoff so your dog has time to settle before the night routine.
Card on file
We keep a card on file so pickup is calm — no fishing for a wallet at the door. We'll always confirm charges with you.
Cancellation
Daycare and boarding: 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50%. Board & train: 30 days' notice. Life happens — call us if it's an emergency.
Behavioral evaluation
First visit includes a quick read on how your dog handles the space, the people, and the other dogs. We share what we see, you share what you know — that's how we set up a stay that works.
