Canine Creature
About

A trusted Malvern dog-care home for 30 years.

A longtime dog-care facility in the Malvern community, with boarding, daycare, training, and grooming under one roof for every breed and size.

Canine Creature Comforts has cared for Malvern's dogs for 30 years. The home, the routines, and the trust families place in CCC were built across three decades — long before the current chapter.

Lisa Margolis took over CCC three years ago and carries on that tradition. She is certified by Animal Behavior College in dog training, dog grooming, and as a veterinary assistant, with hands-on experience across every breed and size.

The approach keeps what families already trusted — small groups, personal attention, every breed welcome — and adds reward-based training plans built around each individual dog, not a one-size-fits-all method.

During the day, Lisa is on-site running daycare, boarding intake, training, and grooming. Overnight, experienced staff is here so every boarding dog has a familiar caretaker through the night.

Our approach

How we keep every dog safe.

The things that look like rules on other sites — trial days, vaccine requirements, spay/neuter for daycare — are how we make sure every dog in the building is safe.

Trial day, always

We meet every dog in a low-pressure $40 visit before anything else. It's the most honest way to know if we're a good fit.

Vaccines kept current

DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. It protects every dog in the building, including yours.

Spay/neuter for daycare

Group play with intact adults gets unsafe fast. Boarding is more flexible — talk to us.

Honest scope on medications

We happily handle most oral and topical medications. Insulin shots and chemo medications need veterinary supervision, so we recommend a vet-supported boarding option for those dogs.

The facility

A real home, not a warehouse.

CCC runs out of a calm, residential setting in Malvern, PA. Indoor play space, outdoor play space, dedicated quiet rooms for sleep and rest. Our experienced overnight staff is on-site for boarding stays so every dog has a familiar caretaker through the night.
